Project Management

We develop the strategy and approach for small to large scale system and policy implementations as well as business process mapping and gap analysis. We also create support models for change management activities required to help FAS departments adjust to a steady stream of new systems, policies and procedures. This includes developing and sending communications, working with departments to redesign business processes and helping to refine training materials. We partner with the University's Project Management Office, Financial Policy Office and other key teams across Central Administration as well as colleagues in other Harvard schools.
