Administrative Initiatives

The Administrative Initiatives team leads the change management activities required to help FAS departments adjust to a steady stream of new systems, policies and procedures. This includes developing and sending communications, working with departments to redesign business processes and helping to refine training materials. This team also manages system and policy implementations by partnering with the University’s Project Management Office, Financial Policy Office and other key teams across Central Administration.
